• An estate appraisal is used for probate purposes and is based upon a fair market value.
• Liquidation is to determine the cash value of the items.
Appraisal services are based upon an hourly rate and will be completed within a reasonable amount of time. In order to provide a detailed description and type-written documentation, we are unable to provide these services “while you wait.” We recommend updating appraisals every 3-5 years to maintain the latest market value.
